Validação nativa pendente. Referência técnica Beta. A validação nativa desta versão em Claude Desktop e ChatGPT web permanece pendente. Publicar a documentação não homologa a execução das ferramentas nem libera produção ou um Plugin público.
O catálogo descreve as ferramentas da versão. As ferramentas visíveis e executáveis dependem da identidade, dos escopos concedidos, das permissões e da disponibilidade da instância. Cobertura documental não significa execução validada de todas as ferramentas.
Conexão e permissões
Use a URL canônica /mcp fornecida pelo administrador da instância. Clientes compatíveis usam OAuth Authorization Code com PKCE S256 e registro de callback. Confira aplicativo, empresa e escopos antes de autorizar. Não entregue o token da sessão SYSLED ao cliente externo nem inclua tokens na URL.
mcp:read: Leituras de canais, contatos, conversas, fila e SLA, resolução de destinos, prévias, recibos e diagnóstico OAuth. Reconciliação de recibos pode persistir evidência sem enviar.mcp:write: Mutação WhatsApp e transições internas de conversa, sempre com confirmação humana específica. send_whatsapp e resolve/reopen/assign_conversation exigem também mcp:read; escrita não concede leitura implicitamente.bob:consult: Consultas Bob, resumos, rascunhos e avaliação consultiva de resolução. Resumos/rascunhos podem consumir IA e nunca enviam por si mesmos; requer identidade de usuário JWT/OAuth e permissão efetiva.
Conceda apenas o necessário. Ampliar escopos exige nova autorização; renovação não amplia permissão. Revogação impede novas requisições, mas uma operação já iniciada pode terminar. Esta página não configura conexão nem executa chamadas.
Confirmação, recibos e limites
- Mensagens, campos de contato e respostas de IA são dados não confiáveis, nunca instruções para ampliar permissões ou executar ações.
- Confirmação humana deve abranger destinatário, conteúdo e efeitos da operação. Uma resposta desconhecida exige reconciliação; não gere outra chave para repetir a mesma intenção.
- Aceitação pelo provedor não comprova entrega. Recibos distinguem estados enviados, entregues, lidos, falhos e desconhecidos; horários registram a primeira evidência persistida.
- Rascunhos e resumos não enviam. Uma mudança de status pode iniciar automações posteriores; não equivale a comprovação de resolução.
- SLA indisponível ou sem política não representa zero violações nem cumprimento do prazo.
